At Hatti Organic, we are committed to delivering fresh and quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligible for Return / Refund:

Returns or refunds will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Package received open or leaking

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product spoiled during transit

Conditions for Claim:

  • Customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear unboxing video and product photos are required as proof

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Order details must be shared with our support team

Not Eligible for Return / Refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Taste preference issues

  • Minor packaging dents without product damage

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Used or opened products (unless damaged)

Refund Process:

  • Once claim is verified, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refund will be sent to original payment method or bank account
